Creating a Game Plan Before We Leave
Before we embark on this exciting journey, we’ll work together to create a solid game plan. This step is crucial to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that you get the most out of your experience. First, we’ll sit down and discuss your itinerary for each day of your trip. If you have planned excursions or activities, I will join you so that you won’t have to rely on random strangers to capture your special moments. You can focus on enjoying your time together without ever having to take out your phones.
If your accommodations feature stunning living spaces and breathtaking views, I will make sure to incorporate those beautiful settings into your photography coverage. My main goal is to capture candid, in-the-moment shots of the two of you having fun together, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company. Whenever you feel like you need some guidance on posing, just let me know, and I’ll be there to help.
I’ll also help you create reels, TikToks and boomerangs for instant sharing on your social media accounts.
Prioritizing Relaxation and Downtime
You’re on vacation, and relaxation should be a top priority. With that in mind, we will plan for periods of photo-free downtime. The last thing I want to do is intrude on your romance or make you feel like you’re constantly being photographed. You’ll have a dedicated photography window of 8 hours where I’ll be by your side, or within a quick 2-minute walk from your location when you need some alone time. This way, you can enjoy your moments together without feeling pressured.
Accompanying You for Up to 7 Days
I will provide photography coverage for you for up to 7 consecutive days, capturing all the beautiful moments of your journey. Whether you’re staying in a hotel, an AirBnb, or even camping, I will use my knowledge of design principles to ensure that your photos and reels have a cinematic feel.
For those who are planning multiple days of coverage, I will book accommodations within a mile of your hotel or rental property. This means you will never have to search for me or wait for me to arrive from some far-off location. I’ll always be close by, ready to capture your special moments.
Quick Turnaround on Your Photos
You’ll have photos to view the very next day! For each day that we document together, I’ll create a sneak peek gallery that you can view, share, and download 25 photos from the previous day. One of the best parts about going on vacation is sharing your experiences with friends and family via social media.
Instead of waiting weeks after you return home, you can post vibrant photos of yourselves in Fiji while you’re still soaking up the sun! At the end of your trip, I’ll design a printed magazine or album for you, allowing you to relive these cherished moments wherever you go.
