I'll tell you how much 'photographer availability' time you'll need to document the moments that matter most to you. Once you've signed your contract and and paid the 30% non-refundable retainer required to book your date, the fun begins!

What is Photographer Availability and how does it work?


It's the amount of time I'll be with you on your wedding day.


I want you to relax and stay present with your partner, not stress about the time. That's why my availability for elopement day coverage starts at 4 hours. Micro-weddings start at 6 hours.


Your coverage will be the ONLY thing on my calendar that day so if you want more time, I'll stay at your service for up to 10 hours.


This includes 'wiggle room' to account driving from one location to the next and breaks when you need time away from the camera.

I'm going to share tips, referrals, inspiration and an easy to follow strategy to help you get the results you want.

Location Scouting and Permit Assistance


Relax while I research and lay out several location options for you, including the required permits needed (if applicable).

All of your photos will be carefully curated and edited.


I'll review all of the images I took, get rid of duplicates or unflattering and select the ones that meet the standard of artistry you've seen all over my website.

No matter how much time we put into our appearance, we cannot control the wind or the way our skin reacts on any given day. Before you arrive to your session, I'll give you plenty of tips and tricks on how to prepare. I'll address flyaway hairs and ill-timed skin blemishes while I'm processing your images.

Once I've completed processing your images, . .


... I will place them into an elegant web gallery. Your gallery includes unlimited digital file downloads and a personalized web store where you and your friends can order prints from any computer mobile device. Your gallery will be archived on my servers for 12 months for safe keeping.

You'll have gallery access within 2 weeks of your wedding day.


While many photographers have a 6 to 8 week turnaround time, I've streamlined my processes in order to get your images in your hands fast. Two months is too long! I want you to still have that "post wedding euphoria" when I call you up to reveal your images to you for the first time.


Reveal and Chill: The first time you see your photos


We'll either meet in person or virtually for about an hour. During that time, I'll give you a tour of your gallery features and show you how to select the images you want to include in your printed products.
